  • A 1% additional discount from Net sales will be given for Distributor Bulk reports received by the 8th day of the following month, in an exportable electronic format.  (See requirements under bulk reports below.)

Freight Policy:

  • Freight will be paid by Kreussler on orders weighing over 2273kg (5000lbs) shipped in the continental United States and Canada. Kreussler reserves the right to choose freight carrier.
  • Orders weighing less then 2273kg (5000lbs) will be billed for freight and handling.

All discounts and freight policies apply to each individual order shipped to a single location with a single purchase order.

Terms: Net 30.  All funds received will be applied to oldest outstanding invoice first. Kreussler will no longer ship if customer has an outstanding invoice or open balance that is past due. (31 days after invoice date).  

Payments: Emailed invoices will include a link for ACH payment only. Please contact our office for instructions for wire transfers. If paying by check, please make sure payment arrives before your Net terms are due. We will no longer accept credit cards as a form of payment.

Back Orders: Kreussler, Inc. will be responsible for freight on shipments to fill backordered products only if the original order qualifies for free freight. We will give you the option to have the backordered items added to a future shipment before we send them out.

Re-Packaging of Products: All of our containers are sealed at the factory. Kreussler cannot guarantee the quality and integrity of products whose seals have been broken. Therefore, Kreussler, Inc. does not authorize the repackaging of any Kreussler products.

Damaged/ Missing Goods: Kreussler makes every effort to make sure every order is count-correct and in good condition prior to leaving our facilities in Tampa, FL, Jaffrey, NH, Las Vegas, NV or Wiesbaden. Kreussler also realizes goods in transit may become damaged and/or short product count upon arrival to distributor facility. Therefore, distributor must inspect and count deliveries prior to the shipping company representative leaving facility and make notation on shipping papers and signed by representative.  Kreussler will not be responsible for damaged and/or missing goods once the shipping company representative leaves without such documentation.

Re-selling of Kreussler goods: Kreussler’s reputation is affected by the entire distribution chain’s performance, therefore, the re-selling of Kreussler goods to unauthorized distributors is prohibited unless written permission from Kreussler, Inc is received. 

Return Goods: All goods returned to Kreussler, Inc. must have prior written approval (RMA), be in re-saleable condition and within 180 days of purchase. All returned goods would have a 20% restocking fee deducted from purchase price. Customer bears all freight costs. Credits will be applied to future purchases or any outstanding balance. Exceptions to this policy may include opening orders that no local market exists or products purchased at the request of a local representative that did not sell. In this case Kreussler will bear all freight costs and no re-stocking charges will apply.

Order processing:  Kreussler makes every effort to process and deliver goods in a timely and efficient manner.  Orders received after 2:00 pm (EST/EDT) will not be entered for processing until the following business day. Orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days unless otherwise notified.  If you need expedited processing please let us know at the time you place your order and we will do everything we can to accommodate the request.  All shipments are sent by standard ground carriers; expedited shipping, if available, can be arranged at an additional cost not included in our standard terms.

Distributor Bulk Sales Reports

1. As a condition of being a distributor of Kreussler, Inc. goods, the distributor agrees to provide monthly “bulk sales reports.”  To qualify for the additional 1% discount, the following steps need to be met:

a) The report needs to be in a form that allows the data to be transferred to a worksheet (Excel, Workbook, or CSV file). A “.pdf” report will not work.

b) The following information needs to be included in the report: customer name, customer address, city, state, and product purchased, including container size and quantity purchased.

c) The report must be electronically transmitted to the Kreussler office no later than the 8th day of the following month.  (Faxed or mailed reports will not qualify for 1% discount.)

2. Kreussler, Inc. and its employees endorse the following policy concerning the ownership and ethical use of the proprietary information furnished by distributors to Kreussler, Inc. in a monthly Bulk Sales Report:

a)  The proprietary information furnished in such report constitutes confidential trade secrets that shall remain the reporting distributor’s property.

b) This proprietary information is furnished to Kreussler, Inc. for their internal use only and the limited purposes of:

  • Determining commissions to their Technical Sales Representatives (TSR) in markets where more than one TSR serves the distributor.
  • Studying trends in the market.
  • Developing sales strategy for the market.
  • Developing service schedules for customers within the market.
  • Determining end users that could be sold a broader line of products. (For example, end users that purchase dry cleaning chemicals but not purchase spotters or other Kreussler products)

3.  Kreussler, Inc. and its representatives are expected to keep and maintain the proprietary information in the Bulk Sales Report to prevent its disclosure to any outside party. This obligation to prevent disclosure remains in effect after the distributor, manufacturer, or independent sales representative terminates the distributorship arrangement for any reason whatsoever.

Confidentiality Agreement

1. Definition of Confidential Information: “Confidential Information” includes, but is not limited to, technical data, trade secrets, know-how, research, product plans, products, services, customer lists, markets, software, developments, inventions, processes, formulas, technology, designs, drawings, engineering, hardware configuration information, marketing, finances, and other business information disclosed by Kreussler, Inc. either directly or indirectly in writing, orally, or by drawings or observation.

2. Restrictions on Use of Confidential Information: The Recipient agrees to use the Confidential Information solely in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and only for the purpose of conducting business with Kreussler, Inc. The Recipient shall not use any Confidential Information for any purpose that might directly or indirectly be detrimental to Kreussler, Inc. or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries.

3. Access to Confidential Information: Access to Confidential Information shall be limited to personnel within the Recipient’s organization who have a need to know such information in connection with their job responsibilities. The Recipient agrees to undertake necessary steps to ensure that such access is granted only to such personnel.

4. Prohibition on Copying: No part of the Confidential Information may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way without Kreussler, Inc.’s prior written permission.

5. Digital Security Measures: The Recipient shall protect the digital confidentiality and integrity of the Confidential Information by implementing appropriate security measures, such as encryption and secure password protocols, to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

6. Prohibition on Capture and Distribution of Information: The Recipient shall not capture, record, or transmit any of the Confidential Information, including screenshots, photographs, or audio/video recordings, without the express written consent of Kreussler, Inc.

7. Non-Disclosure of Login Credentials: Users are prohibited from sharing login credentials provided by Kreussler, Inc. for accessing the shopping cart or any other digital platform with any third party outside of their company. Each set of credentials is to be used exclusively by the individual to whom it is assigned, within the employing company.

8. Restrictions on Sharing Business-Sensitive Information: Information regarding products, pricing, and stock levels accessed through Kreussler, Inc.’s systems or disclosed by Kreussler, Inc. in any form is considered confidential. Such information must not be shared with or disclosed to any third parties outside of the Recipient’s company, except as expressly authorized by Kreussler, Inc. in writing.

9. Procedures upon Termination of Agreement: Upon termination of this Agreement, the Recipient agrees to return or destroy all copies of Confidential Information in their possession, at the discretion of Kreussler, Inc.

10. Consequences of Breach: The Recipient acknowledges that any breach of this Agreement may result in significant injury to Kreussler, Inc. for which monetary damages may be inadequate. In such an event, Kreussler, Inc. will be entitled to seek injunctive relief, without the posting of bond, in addition to all other legal remedies available.
